Benefit Accruals
Details
Account can automatically accrue various benefits like PTO, sick days, and vacation. It offers flexibility in setting accrual rates based on hire date or hours worked, with options to define maximum available and carryover balances. This feature tracks both accrued and used benefit hours.

Payroll Interface
Details
Our cloud system allows you to input payroll details and easily download a file that can be imported into various payroll platforms or emailed to your bookkeeper. It supports systems like ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, Sage, Excel, and many more.

Time Card Approval
Details
With Employee Self-Services active on an account, the employee can login and verify their agreement with the time card and give their approval which would be date stamped and visible to the administrator of the account.

Details
The system offers extensive reporting capabilities in PDF, Excel, and ASCII formats. It includes payroll reports (e.g., time cards, summary of hours, department hours), performance reports (e.g., absenteeism, lateness, lunch exceptions), and analytical reports (e.g., year-to-date hours, benefit accruals, birthdates). Additional reports for scheduling, projects, and more are also available.
